Voice of the hero isn’t nurturing. It’s challenging and provocative. They use strong words and ask the hard question to make you change your situation for the better. They often call for heroism but sometimes also use a fear as the incentive — “Only the strong survive.“

Heroes inspire us to be bigger, braver, and stronger. The customers like to be shown that the faith is in their hands. The energy and pace drive them to be better. The experience is encouraging and achievement-oriented and it the end they feel proud of themselves.
